im finished with them as off tomorrow and waiting on connection to new provider
got them a good one though,
during early stage of contract i kept getting letters saying i have exceeded my usage allowance on downloads which is 40gb a month.
when i got this a few monthes back i called and spoke to theyre retentions team who quoted the following " orange will not cancel your account for over usage of downloads as they would lose customers at end of the day"
so anyway it is my last week of having an Orange account and i get a letter through the door about usage again and now saying we are cutting off your broadband on 4th may when i was paid till 8th may,
so i called them and they are actually going to give me back one month to my bank account. glad to be rid of them though they are a shower of prats
