Then try this: remove @fs from user name and replace with @bb2.freeserve.co.uk
The fs gateway is a `virtual gateway` just putting you on the `actual gateway` which has the least traffic on it at a particular time.
The actual gateways being - BB,BB1,BB2,BB3,BB4

Also is there any way of telling which gateway you've connected to from your IP address? My download speeds have gone back down to what they were before I was upgraded (I am still in my training period), so I need to hit that lucky gateway again if I can and get my decent speeds back
