Glad you got out robbo being with Be* you will now realise just how bad Orange really is.
Amazes me how everyone that leave Orange (including myself) all problems disappear and they have the cheek to want people to buy themselves out of their so called one way contract shame on them.

Good luck mate, I used to get 5-6mb download before Orange got greedy and then it dropped to a max of 2.7mb. When they lied to me over the phone I thought f*** this and migrated to Be*

Ask Orange for a MAC code and give it to the provider who you choose to go to they do the rest.
Check out thinkbroadband isp forums and DSLZone UK will give you some idea who to choose.

Migration authorisation code, basically its a code that the new isp uses to chage your provider from Orange, to them, with minimal downtime, usually you dont even notice the change

I've heard Sky are quite reliable, if they have enabled your exchange they might be worth looking into, although i've never been on their llu system personally so im not sure, but if you have Sky tv you can get their 16mb package for £10 a month.

i would recommend IDNet Excellent ISP 1 month contract and freefone support and as many email accounts as you want yourname@idnet.com, im with Bethere adsl2+ up to 24Mbps 3 month contract, ukfsn have an excellent reputation and 1 month contract check out DSLZone UK link is in a post above you will soon see who to avoid.

No they are lying yet again they HAVE to give you a MAC if you request one EVERY ISP gives MACs how Orange continue to get away with this is unbelievable.
