We were having major issues with email. But use AVG internet security pro .
I found by chance a post on the avg forums staing that avg by default disables smtp server service.. as Orange use smtp for outgoing mail this made sense that there would be issues with the service after reading the instructions off the avg manual I managed to sort all our email issues in one go and Orange have since been vindicated for bad service which was never really there fault .
