1 pc running from the live box wireless, and another on a wired connection as the 2nd PC will not detect the wireless adapter (see below post), or will this conflict?

that should be fine
infact that's what wanadoo suggest you do by sending you 1 eithernet cable and 1 wireless adaptor with the livebox
