I complained to BBC Watchdog several weeks ago which they have not even acknowledged. I guess not enough people are contacting them. My connection is back up and running now. You could try speaking to Liane or Kirsty on 01132229100 or o1132982005.

I sent a complaint into them yesterday. My connection hasnt been working for over 4 months. I too have a similar number to that it is 01132229122, the contact is Ian Sunderland or Jmaes McGawley. Looks like they all work in the same area, going by the numbers.
Yes, something DOES HAVE TO BE DONE. Its obvious that this is not just a isolated issue, and we all have been treated with the same dis-respect that a corparate company like Wanadoo/Orange think they can "hand out".
I dont expect alot from these people, only to be told the truth and to recieve a service that I am paying them for. Hence that is why Im looking at the possibility of a classs action against them.

There's an Orange employee who posted on another thread here that Orange have a restraining order in place against Watchdog entering their call centres.

I have had numerous problems with wanadoo/orange but when I did speak to james he had my connection fixed in 3 andabit hours! i spent weeks talking to the call centers and he fixed it in Three hours? he does deserve a medal or at least a beer.
ian was very polite as well and called me back when promised.
