Bit of a newbie question but its been 11 days now and still no Phone light on me Livebox? Im on a 5000kb profile now so everything is stable, but still no sign of the voip?
Do you have to click something to activate it or do you just wait for it to come on? Because ive never seen an option to enable it, except for in the routers control pannel where it says Disabled, and when you click it to enable it it says Not assigned
yeah but what i dont understand is how you know when its ready? They said they will send me an email? but to activate the service do i have to plug a fone into it.. or do i just wait for the email then plug the fone in
You normally wait for the email to let you know it's ready then plug the phone in and restart the livebox as the email says to get it working.
As keith said try turning it off for a bit and if the phone light doesn't come on after a few minutes you'll need to contact Orange. If you don't want to call them they should be able to try activating it through email if you provide the S/N and MAC numbers from the sticker on the box.
