hi i am struggling to decide whether to stop with Orange or not.
first off i was upgraded 2mb without being asked and my line kept dropping every 5min. they refuse to drop me back to 1mb even though i cant use the internet at all.
now i requested a MAC code (had to speak to a supervisor to get it) and it got email to be about a week ago.
the thing is since i got the code my connection is staying synch'd all day sometimes now, may get the odd connection drop but nothing major.
do i switch to another isp with 1mb connection or stay with this 2mb which seems to have magically fixed itself and hope it stays like it?
really am 50-50 what to do. need to make a decision tho as my MAC code is only valid for 30 days.

You shouldn't be getting any disconnects at all the disconnects alone would make me wanna move anyway,if you have your MAC i would use it your lucky you got your MAC easily off em lol.

I wish I could get a MAC code out of them, firts chance I get I'm out.
The service from the support side is just shocking, rude and a waste of time to change should be the war cry.
