well much to my astonishment and absolute amazement, i logged into my Orange email account today in the vain hope that Orange had fulfilled my request for my MAC code.....well to my absolute amazement they had emailed me my MAC code so now i can leave their sorry @sses!!!
....i did request for it to be sent to my hotmail account yet the retards sent it to my freeserve account, none the less i have it now.
they provided me with it within 5 days too
.....though i had been chasing the fault every day for 3 weeks!!!!!
Orange you are ***ing useless - i would be so ashamed to work for you, if i was an employee i would hang my head in shame and lie about my occupation than admit i worked for the Universes worst isp - i hope never to have to deal with you ever again.
Offcom have been informed - watchdog have been informed and the sun/mirror/star and local papers have been informed of the whole farcical affair - i have provided all of them with audio recordings taken from live calls to tech support India and the uk so they can witness the heartache and pathetic-ness of your service.
