Yes i am another one with a speed problem with Orange. I have phoned on 5 occasions and seem to be getting nowhere. Also had no reply to the email i sent via the contact us section on the Orange Website.

I'm sorry to say but "getting nowhere" with Orange is something most of us have endured. I'm not bothering with calling/emailing, there really is no point, unless you like to run up your phone bill!
Unfortunately they are as bad as they seem, I know it's hard to believe, that such a large company can literally dump on their customers and not care one bit.
When I spoke to Orange's Customer Care dept - to request my MAC code - I stated that the complete lack of decency in letting us know what was going in was the worst thing. The woman I was speaking to just replied with "yeah, I know". Bloody ridiculous, I've not had one apology from Orange, by email or otherwise. They knew that problems would arise with their "upgrades" and yet they didn't think it was worthy to send out emails to let us know.
Why? So they could make loads of cash from us lot having to call them to find out what's going on!
You'd think Orange would give out a free number, considering their support is retarded.
