I was just in contact with customer service and asked what to do if I wanted to leave Orange. I'm in contract and pretty much figured I was screwed. To my surprise this is what I was told:
If you have experienced problems (speed problems) and we have not been able to solve them in 1 month, you will be able to leave us without cancellaton fee or having to pay the remaining time. IS THIS TRUE?!!
If I had known it I would have left months ago, but I'm very suspicious.. To leave I would call technical support and ask to leave without cancellation fee and they will go to their teamleaders and get authorisation for it. And I'm assuming I would then get the MAC code.
I was also told that it was possible to get a refund for each month I was having problems, for me it would be 7pounds (paying 19.99 a month). So everybody, call and ask for a refund!!!
