i have been having problems with Orange for over 6 months now my connection is slower than dial up, or at least it feels that way. i was only to happy to see that Orange were voted the worst isp on the watchdog survey, as i thought the bad press might force them to do something about there poor servise but it is months down the line an still i see no improvement.
Do Orange even admit there is a problem?
From personla experience, all i ever get is that it's a fault with either my equipment or my line, yet what ever they try to do it can't be solved - so are Orange trying to sort things - doesn't look that way, seems to me they just try and pass the buck elsewhere
FYI - My line and modem etc have all been tested as working fine, yet i still get no connection

There's supposed to be a big meeting tomorrow to discuss this. I wonder if we'll find out the outcome of this?

How did you hear that and who will be in the meeting? Will they have a list of logged issues from the helldesk?
