This is driving me absolutely insane. We pay for access to the internet, but it seems the term 'unlimited' is limited to whenever the connection is not being dropped. It used to happen only during peak times in the evening, but now the connection drops not only every five minutes during the evening but also during the day. This is totally unacceptable as we are paying for something that is not being supplied. I have been disconnected 10 times in the past hour. There is nothing wrong with my equipment so for goodness sake Orange, get your finger out and put this problem right !
