For the second time in Three months my Orange broadband connection went down. For the second time in Three months I wasted my time 'phoning their so called help line who assured me the problem was at my end, not their system. Three days later I get a 'phone call to say that it was their system at fault. and it is now working. To add insult to injury, the person on the helpline must have been following a flow chart as most of what he told me to try I had already told him that I had done. Oh, and he did not know what Firefox browser was. So I end up paying for dial up pay as you go to complete some EBay auctions I was bidding on and the cost of calling Orange. Then the person I spoke to was surprised when I told him I want compensation for this!
When my year is up with them I will have a good look around for another ISP. Any recommendations out there?
