...after you leave them. It really feels good. No honestly! I felt like i have been in 16th century South American pilgrimage, streched on the cross and clibing on the hill for one month since signing contract with them. The connection speed was slower than half of dial up connection. HOurs on the phone waiting for tech support or customer service... They dont help, they dont give you any clue of what is going on. They will try to mislead you any time they feel exposed! But they have moral courage to tell you that "you are under the contract and you will need to stay with us until the end of contract even if you don't have connection at all". I was listening that sentence in disbelief over and over again whenever i called tech support or customer service and asked to leave. They are rude, incompetent, and they lie to you all the time. Today i was told buy tech support that he was one month on holiday and he don't know what is going on. "So, sorry" he said to me "I cant help you. Goodbye..." I could build whole catalog of nonsense told buy tech support and customer service.
On the end i agreed to pay for leaving Orange. Fortunately the fee was not too high since i am paying only additional £5 for broadband, as i have mobile phone contract with them. So i paid only £55 to leave. Yes, i still have that bitter taste in my mouth after they nicked my money... and , yes i have Orange mobile... struggle for another 17 months. But Orange mobile is another nightmare story.
