Cancelled my Orange contracts with no argument or penalty from them.
Still waiting for them to give me my money back. It's due into my bank by the end of the week. Managed to get £92 out of them in total. Changed my contract in November so pretty much got all my money back and a bit more.
Anyway, and more importantly, I had a technical problem with my line that Orange could not sort out in four months.
BT sorted it in exactly two weeks from the day I received my equipment from them.
I hope Orange are banned from being an ISP and fined a massive amount of money.
They have caused so much grief to so many people (and still are) and should eventually be punished, but we'll see.
I'm just glad to be away from them. It is a genuine relief.
