I've requested (via phone) an alteration to my service, and can't for the life of me can't see where the email address they are contacting me on (which is different to my wanadoo email address) is. It's probably the email address I used with my previous ISP, which isn't a problem as I do collect that email, but I would like to be able to change it if I can, or does it require a call to Customer Service
