I applied to the broadband service (unlimited broadband with my mobile) in February ; the line has been activated from the 6th of March, and since then I haven't got the service. Several line tests have been done, and so far the line is still faulty.
After about two months with no service, and constant calls to the technical support (about every two days) could you tell me what to do ? I've been told that I'm with them for twelve months and can't leave before, unless I paid a cancelation fee.

if they havent provided you with the service, then they have broken their contract.
threaten them with court action.

Check out these sites DSLZone UK ISP ratings and and Thinbroadband lots of info and will enlighten you on certain ISP's to avoid, and the good ones with 1 month contracts and free support etc.
