I have been using my Livebox for several months without any problems apart from getting it up and running in the first place.
This morning when I tried to use my Laptop, I cannot connect using wireless !
When I check for available devices, the laptop finds neighbours systems, but not the Livebox. If I keep refreshing it, occassionally the Livebox appears, (with full strength signal), but only lasts for a few seconds and I am unable to connect to it.
I also have "Configfree" on the laptop that enables me to open a radar type screen of wireless devices it can find. When I do this, you see the Livebox come in for a few seconds with a strong signal and then disappear again.
It looks like the Livebox is only transmitting intermittantly, for a few seconds at a time every 2 to 3 minutes.
I have checked the lights on the Livebox, they are normal and not flashing, (with the wireless light permanently on).
I have even tried using the laptop next to the Livebox, with the same results.
I am able to connect to the Livebox with a wired connection.
Has anybody else experienced this or have any ideas of a solution.
If you log into the livebox (192.168.1.1 username and password "admin) then under Security > Wireless Connection you can change channel. That may get your connection back if you jump it around until the signal comes back again.

I had tried a couple of different channels, with no difference.
But having another go a few minutes ago and chosing a difernt channel again, it now seems to be working normally again.

This worked earlier today, but now having the same problem this evening with the new channel !
