Spoke to the enemy this morning for another round of punishment.
Spoke to Jason who refused to give me his second name (says he doesnt have to privacy reasons), so I cant follow it up.
After a heated debate that I will be charged if I use it etc etc he agreed to send me a MAC code which will take 2-5 days. !! Another wait - how come BT can give it over the phone there and then?
Whats the delay? Anyone else dealt with this.
Oh dear may have to complain to the ISPA again.
I also mentioned they were in breach of contract - seems like he's heard that before as he had a speech ready to roll. Got a bit tongue tied when I reminded him that the service had dropped below the minimum for 21 days consequetively. Still - no customer care or niceties to keep me sweet. Methinks they enjoy it - retards.
