Reading the posts here, Orange can't get on top of technical issues. Since we are powerless, there is no reason for them to care. And they obviously don't.
We need a law expert to sort the issues of getting cancellation and maybe refund. I doubt if legal argument is the answer - better the furore as the media picks up on it. The bank thing really took off - we need to get this show on the road.
My strongest wish would be that 'Orange' becomes the dirtiest word in the English language. I have never encountered a company so contemptuous of their customers. Never.
