Hi My IP profile seems to have been stuck at 2000kbs since i was upgraded to ADSL Max in December despite my line speed continually synching with the livebox at 8128. Have tried phoning technical support on various occasions only to be told that they know there is a fault currenlty affecting many people and will be resolved soon.HaHA.
Just wondering if anyone who has had a stuck profile has acutally managed to get the problem resolved?
Thanks keith but already tried this. you get a couple of useless replies then an apology tellling you that you need to phone their Tech support who will be able to solve the problem. Problem is that i have yet to speak to anyone that sounds like they have half an idea of what they are talking about....
At this rate i think i will just pay the termination fee
They can't really do much about that over email. The best option would be to ask for Escalations, they're more likely to be able to get it looked into by talking to BT.
