I said it in the other thread too. You cannot order a new provider to provide broadband onto a line that already has it. There's 2 ways around this.
1. Cancel so they remove the broadband but they'll want the remaining contract, if any, unless you can persuade them to waive it due to the problems. (Each case is looked into seperately so it depends on what's happened)
2. Ask for a MAC code, that lets you have the service transferred to another provider. When this is confirmed to Orange you'll automatically be charged any remaining contract fee unless you can get them to waive it in a similar way to above.
