Last Wed 18th April,my computer all of a sudden couldn't access the usual web pages - Orange Home Page,Ebay,Natwest etc.....but could and still can access Google and Tesco and a few others.I have phoned the Orange tech helpline (useless) and had the phone line tested by BT,(OK)The Speedtouch 330 diagnostics show "a problem is detected to the Internet" at the end of the diagnostics run.Ive completely re-installed the Speedtouch 330 - still no change.Ive checked the web browser settings and set all the Internet explorer to default values.Still no change!Ive run out of ideas now.Is there a major problem with my local server or have Orange got some problems in my area?????? :?PS.Im running a PC with Windows 2000 Professional and Broadband via a Speedtouch USB to Orange.
Hi, I very much doubt that this is an issues caused by your ISP. More likely to be an issue with your computer. Maybe browser, firewall or spyware blocker settings. Dont waste your money calling Orange CS.
I maybe wrong.

This is now getting a common problem and just happens overnight. I would suggest that Orange are changing settings their end.
UNABLE TO ACCESS WEB PAGES
USB Speedtouch 330 Modem syncs up OK and both lights are solid green, you can log on OK but cannot access many websites and in some cases (eg hotmail) they cannot send/receive emails from a local client using pop3 and smtp.
