This was my last email to Orange Broadband. Now you know how i feel about them.

Today is the 21st of April. And I am still waiting for my call back that was promised to me at least 10 times. I am on dial-up. The dial up you so politely went and cut off, because you have connected my broadband, ha ha ha
You must have connected at your house because I do not have broadband.
I have still not had 1 day of broadband, wireless or any kind of service that I signed up for on the 22 of March and paid for on the 28th of March and was told I would be connected on the 5th
Now don't tell me to contact customer’s services to technical service.
I have spent a fortune on phone calls to them and all I get is promises.
I was cut off from my Orange dial up and when I phoned I was told I would have to start a new contract. I signed up with Tascali because I refuse to pay you one more cent by going into another contract with you.
You are a nightmare from hell
Why not do the decent thing and cancel my contract, admit that you are useless and refund all my money.
You have not kept up to your side of the contract of supplying me with broadband. So please just let me out of this contract . so that I can go to a reputable company to give me what I sign up for
