I wonder if anyone can help.

Orange contacted me around 20th. March to say that an update in my area was going to take place.

This duly happened on 27th. March and since I have had no internet connection.

Having made an excessive amount of calls to Tech Support, I am still no further forward, I wonder if anyone out there can give me some advice.

They state there is a problem with Orange's equipment at the local BT exchange.

If I cancel Orange will I have the same problem with a new ISP considering they say the problem is at the local exchange

Please some advice of what to do next!!

They probably tied to install their llu equiptment in the exchange, and it failed miserabley (Who's suprised?) In which case moving to another provider will help as you will be back on BT's working network instead of Oranges crappy llu "service"
