I have been a customer since the 'freeserve' days .And a broadband customer since the 'wannadoo' days and have never had a problem with the service.Untill now
I upgraded to 8mb recently so this started a 12 month contract .A few weeks ago my internet has gone down the pan.I have been doing speed tests every day and my 8mb connection is down to 0.1 mb (yes you did read that right ) 0.1 mb.
I've been on the phone to Orange and the people in the indian call center seem very polite.But i have had no explanation why my internet speed has suddenly dropped to nearly dial up speed.After quite a few calls i have been told that there is some work being done on a server which is affecting me.But they havn't got a clue when it will be done.
So i'm supposed to sit here and pay for a service which is just about useless.This has been going on for 3 weeks now.I use my pc everyday so this is driving me up the wall.
I can't understand why a massive telecommunications company would screw up so bad.This isn't doing much for the companys image.
I told them that i want to terminate my contract, but they said that the company could take me to court.They said i would have to wait untill the fault has been repaired then i can claim the money back for the period of slow internet.
What about the phone calls and frustration? Keep this up and they won't have any customers left by the looks of it !
