While this site is for Wanadoo/Orange problems, I would like to just turn this around a bit - has anybody had a problem and it has been fixed by Wanadoo/BT or whatever ( or even by yourself )
I'm interested in the different problems and solutions
( MOD - feel free to move to a more appropiate area if necessary )
My 1 meg broadband which became an intermittent connection on the 12th February, after 7 months without a problem, returned to normal service on the 17th May and has been ok since then.
I could not say how it was fixed as there has been no contact from Wanadoo, sorry Orange at all to ask if the service is back.
To be fair prior to that I received a partial refund from Wanadoo, and an offer that would enable me to end my contract 2 months early.
I had also asked BT if they could guarantee a service if I changed to them, and had a conversation with an engineer regarding the problems I had been experiencing. May be that helped resolve the problem at the exchange.
