First of all I hope i'm posting this is the right place.
I checked my bill today and I investigated why if I'd only made inclusive calls and inclusive texts I had just over £9 in charges.
I was amazed to see they've started charging £0.009 before tax for each and every delivery report I get. Nothing has ever been said to me about this.
I changed to dolphin last month - is that the reason i'm now being charged for them?
It strikes me as a sneaky stealth charge.
I've now turned off reports on my phone. Just when I thought I was getting a much better deal on my tariff they find another way to charge me.
