You'd be better off getting help specifically from others on Orange in France as software, hardware and systems can and do differ from over here.
We can give some basic advice on things though.
When your internet dies do the livebox lights change at all?
I presume you're on wireless, what does the connection status say when it goes?
Can you access 192.168.1.1 when it's down?
For email are you using Outlook Express, another program or the website?
woobrowser.exe suggests a browser addon or toolbar, if you can try and remove any of these.
wlanutl.exe probably stands for...
Wirless Local Area Network Utility, so software for a wireless adapter or connection, have they had you reinstall it yet as it may have an error or be corrupted somewhere?
