Why can't they give the correct service information?
Our internet connection when down again on Sunday 13th May. I phoned and got service information Monday and it said it was down. This morning (Tuesday) they say everything is working and made me go through the new filter in the master telephone in, factory reset. And now they are doing a line test and I have to phone back.
Sound familar?
Our line went down from start of August until the middle of Sept 2006 (over five weeks). Then again from 21 Jan until 03 Feb 2007.
The first time they didn't fix it (and I think lied about the line tests) until I phoned the Orange mobile service and threatened to leave.
