I've been offline with these muppets for over 5 weeks now.
Tried all the resetting, am on my fifth line test. I never heard results from previous 4, other than there was nothing conclusive.
Have spoken to scores of people there equally unhelpful. Have had 2 modems 'sent' to me, which "will fix your issue". None have arrived and am told it won't do a thing. There is no solution as far as they can tell me. They keep doing line tests and that's it. I'm on free broadband with my mobile contract and am told I can't cancel unless their Engineers have agreed there's nothing they can do. However that's up to the engineers and they won't agree! so I'm stuck with these people until they fix it. Best part is that unless I call them every other day to register my case, then they close the case and mark it as 'resolved'
Guess I'm stuck with them for another 6 months or so until my Mobile phone contract is up.
