I am trying to use a @fsmail.net email address in outlook express but I am unable to send or recieve any messages. The so called experts at Orange tell me that it cant be done, then another tells me it can.
It appears because it is a webmail it cannot be used through oe.
Can anybody help.

Webmail accounts cannot be used in OE or any other normal email client as they have no authorised access to any of the POP or SMTP servers.
