< Problems with your 2Mb connection ~ speed

I have a 2MB line but speed tests and download speed all show speeds of about 150kbps download and 300kbps upload. Extremely annoying. I've checked the line inside my house and tried moving the router around etc, everything Orange's website tells me but no better.

Any ideas?

If so what results does it show?

What line stats does the router give you?
