1. Every so often the whole thing freezes and has to be reset by taking the power cord out and plugging it back in.
2. Signal is mixed - sometimes the laptop can't connect to it when it's in the same room with a direct line-of-sight, sometimes (i.e. very rarely) it works.
3. Using a HomePlug in the second Ethernet port is rubbish - the cheap non-wireless router we have gives us a decent speed all the way upstairs. With the Livebox, it's slow or very slow or very very slow.
Should we return this Livebox, or does anyone have any handy tips? [We've tried changing the channel number etc]
