At least Orange staff are still keeping a watchful eye on developments here.
Are you saying it's taken Orange since 10 February to decide they want the email address removed ?.......then we've got nochance of a resolution to the current problems, have we ?
But Eric Abensur's and Didier Lombard's email addresses must have been bombarded over the last couple of weeks but Orange haven't asked for those addresses to be removed.......strange ?

I emailed them both last week a few times
received one reply
Thanks for your email addressed to Didier Lombard.
I’d appreciate it if you could supply the telephone number and username
your account is registered to. This will allow me to locate your
account, investigate what the problem is and if needed pass your details
to the relevant team to resolve the issue. Please email these details to
offer.acceptance@uk.orange.com, quoting /RAL in the subject line.
As soon as I receive this information we’ll be in contact to get this
matter resolved. I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

I am sorry for the slow speeds that you have experienced with your
broadband connection. This issue is being addressed and we are working
to improve the experience our customers are having. I've not yet
received confirmation of when this problem will be fully resolved, but
work is currently being carried out to improve download and upload
speeds.
I sympathise with the upset this matter has caused you and I am
disappointed to hear the support you received regarding your connection
was not a good experience. As a gesture of goodwill, I have credited
your account with 2 months free subscription.
I would also like to arrange for one of our experienced technical
advisers to contact to you ensure all necessary checks have been
completed. To arrange this, please call me on 0845 0702976 (Mon - Fri,
9.00am - 5.00pm).
Kind Regards"
I declined their offer subject to re-assessment of their service performance.
Oh the irony, we all make requests for a service we ACTUALLY pay for only for it to fall on deaf ears...And when they want something...Well...What exactly can they do if you told them "I'll take it down once YOU sort out your services".
I'm aware of any site being taken down due to publishing an email address? (I'll stand corrected if this actually can occur).
AFAIK Sod them, if Orange wasn't so bad, we wouldn't have to go to the lengths of bypassing 'normal methods' and trying to contact someone who can actually 'do' something about it.
Although we removed an Orange email address, we do not restrict our users from posting Orange contact email addresses.
We received a specific request from the employee to remove his email address from a particular post.
Normally we leave them for all to see and use!

Admin, I'm not criticising your action in any way but when you're at "war" or involved in business negotiations you shouldn't give away something and not get anything in return. So, for removing the email address we should have received a benefit from Orange......stability in sending emails for example. If this was not forthcoming then the email address should have stayed until the benefit was seen.

This is a fair enough stance. But it does beg the question, what other demands may Orange ask? Capped number of posts? Up to 8 word limit? Perish the thought of limited access to the site...
May Mr Abensur and Mr Lombard continue to choke on complaint emails, I hear it's quite easy to swallow with a couple of million in your back pocket.
