Well, I have finally got a MAC code ordered. The CS representative did everything she could to stop me from going, as far as offering me a £10 discount and looking into my problems personally! WOWWWW! How could I refuse?
After months of back and forths with them I have finally called it a day. They are absolutely useless.
The CS rep asked what the result of my tech call that was supposed to happen last week was? The result is that they NEVER called me back and that really was the final nail in the coffin. She said you do realise you have to pay 350 to end your contract. I said I had no problem with that (I do actually) but I will do anything to get away from this two bit company.
It is a shame because I have had the same email address for about 5 years, from Freeserve right up until Orange ruined the service.
I will kepp you informed as to when I get the code, if I do. She said it should take upto 5 days.

As long as you regularly use that email address it will stay open personally after i left i just didn't bother it was choc-a-bloc with thousands of spam emails a week and i mean thousands, it was less bother giving out my new email address than sifting through all the spam in my inbox.
