I've just noticed a solid green light on my router!!!
I'm back online - running at 2MB though, what happened to my LLUed line?- don't know what's happened as it's a Sunday evening - checked the logs - 20:47.....
My wife took a call from customer services today - they accused her of lying (not the exact words, but the implication) because she said that we've were LLUed - we've got the email proof that we were upgraded on 6 March (if only for a few days until the disconnection).
So even though we're up and running we still get bad service. Can the customer service person please read our notes properly before calling!!!! I'm going to call tomorrow to sort this out (again!!!!).

It's possible for one of their systems to record an "upgrade" and another to record it as not having happened. That's how they managed to screw up my account. You need to get the customer service bod to check all their databases. They don't seem to have the necessary integrity checking.
