I have just received a MAC code and will at last be free of Orange. I need to know what becomes of the livebox and usb wireless dongle when I am finally released from contract? do I keep it as a bad memory or will Orange charge me for it? I cant see anything in the T & C's and dont want to spend another minute on their 0870 Customer service(Ha Ha) lines. Any help will be gratefully accepted. Sorry if this has been resolved in another topic section, I looked but could not find any other references.
The silly livebox is only on loan. I've just migrated from Orange and I phoned them to check what was happening to my account and had myself to ask what to do with the livebox. They'll send you a plastic envelope to return it. If you don't do so, in how many weeks I can't remember, they'll charge you £100.00 . I doubt very much that someone will kindly call you to advise of the procedure but I do believe it is somewhere in the t & c. Good luck with you migration, you won't regret it
