I just don't understand. I have plenty of problems with Orange but the speed was fine until they upgraded me. Now it is sooooooo slow that I just dread ringing them and their expensive phone numbers in India.
Can anyone advise on a way to make it quicker. (don't say leave as I am only with them as it is free with the mobile phone..)
I know, free is not necessarily good but beggars can't be.. Shocked

Like I said to User222, when were you upgraded, run http://www.speedtest.net/ and post it and post your router stats.
