Trawling through it, I am gladdened to see the same experiences, bit saddened to see so few resolutions.
I told a 'Supervisor' (dunno if you name names?) today that my call with her would be my last to Orange. I refuse to call them again, it is utterly pointless.
I am in the process of cancelling my contract, which they have agreed to, so no doubt that will keep me occupied for the next few weeks.
Good luck to you all. Some of us won't be coming back from this one. We knew what we were getting ourselves into though.
