Further to my other post on this site, I was told today that TS were not yet ready to authourise a cancellation of my account but I was also told in the same breath that if there was no resumption of service for a SIX WEEK PERIOD from the loss of service then the TS supervisor would refer the matter to cancellations for an (I hope) instant jettisoning.
So it seems there IS hope. All I have to do now is wait those two weeks...
It seems apparent that there are some Wanadoo staffers on this board in one incarnation or another, and I ask you does what I was told today ring true?
