Hi

glad to find this site: my folks jusy switched to WBB from dial up.......and no connection!! The current excuse from the technical 'support' is that their BB is not working (they are in North Bristol) but will be back up tomorrow. I am on Bluyonder in Sheffield so I wanted to check the current service status but I cannot find anywhere a page on Wanadoo that lists the current technical glitches that are going on (BY has one as do all ISPs I thought, and a google search provided evidence that one has existed PLUS their own Help FAQ refers to it (with know hyperlink of course).

Can someone post the hyperlink of their Wanadoo service status page?

If you go into the help section of the Wanadoo site and look at the right hand side of the page...

OMG it's back! Well partially, images aren't showing, looks like they're working on it!

Anyway there used to be a nice white space for it.

It does reflect the real service status but often it seems to gloss over some issues and not get updated quick enough to catch others. Taking a look, I'm fairly well into HTML stuff, it looks like it's done in javascript! Rolling Eyes

BT exchange service status (For non-LLU peeps) isn't usually covered unless it's something major. That can be checked on...

The only time you tend to see it change is when there is a

1 a livebox update is due

2 a problem with the email

3 a problem with the talk service

4 website mantance.

Most of the time it is green across the board even though some peaple have lost there connetion after being upgraded to LLU.

The minor problem with the talk service which was dealt with quicky can be viewed here.

It shows general service status, although the LLU upgrades are effecting many people it's non-specific and doesn't effect everyone on it.

Hmm it's showing all green right now, as far as I knew there were still 2 ongoing issues, unless they've been cleared now. An email issue and the webspace problem described elsewhere.
