well i have to say Orange are the worst service ever, after weeks of leading me on and telling me rubbish i decided to cancel their service which i never recieved, well this morning i called them as they had asked they told me my broadband should be active by 5pm today and if not i should call them back
well at 5pm i called them back, then the *** go there is a problem with your exchange and i have to call back next thursday, what!, i got a little annoyed with the person on the phone, they have been telling me to call them back for the past 3 weeks,
well i call my exchange to see what the problem is, then they go to me there is no problem and also my telephone line is fine and Orange have already placed a marker on my line and everythhing on my line is fine and the broadband on my line is fine, so how come Orange keep saying my exchange is not working?
, well the *** at Orange have been telling me that my exchange has a problem when in fact my exchange is fine, i call Orange a little angry to cancell my service and get them to remove their marker, the lady on the phone keeps telling me i have to call them back next thursday as the review date says, finaly she gets me through to customer service where i cancell their awful service, now i have to wait a further 10 days for them to remove my marker and i also have to return their modem.
never again will i sign up for anything to do with Orange, orange are just a waste of time
