Well Watchdog said it all tonight, Orange DEFINITELY deserve this prostigious accolade, they neither care about their customers nor help them.
They provide a pathetic service, take money from you for a service which does not work and still think they are the best ISP....
cheers mate but not for the want of lots of tech calls they just wont give me the MAC code to leave been onto ofcom and ispa still waiting on Orange. get this my livebox number wont work and nobody can call me was told by Orange that i should be grateful the call facility is free and should expect this for free i fell on the floor laughing
Well believe it or not they refused me a MAC not once but TWICE, however, conveniently, they have no record of these conversations !!
This was the reason i had to cancel my account as they refused me all other avenues of leaving, they then sent me an invoice for the privelage of leaving a service which did not and still DOES NOT work..
Good Luck with ISPA, ive escalated my complaint now... waiting for CISAS number from Orange, then if i get nowhere with that then its county court. I will not let this lie until they refund my money as i REFUSE to pay for ANYTHING that does not work.
Good luck getting a MAC, they gave me 3 false ones before I cancelled.
I saw on the BBC/Watchdog website Orange had 'invested in 6000 customer support staff', their service might actually be good soon with a 1:1 ratio with cust support & customers tee hee
...then again, if they all are as useless as the monkeys I had to deal with then.... oh dear
