I've been waiting a month a speed upgrade. I signed up to wanadoo back in jan, and should have got 8meg as an when it became availible.
It's now availible, so i requested an upgrage. A month later, it's still nto happened.
Phoned the 'help' line this morning, and they said the request had failed, so would contact headoffice and call me back with 48 hours.
£10 says i don't get a call back.
Oh, and good news, if they do finially upgrade me, i'll have to pay a £20 admin fee.
On a serious note, i'm totally disgusted witht this company, and as soon as my 12 month contrat is up, i'm off.
If i was you i would stick with what you got cause you will upgrade you and will havew no connection for months like the rest of us. Thats why they wont upgrade you cause the have a backlog of customers who have no connection. After 2 monthsa i have now got a connection i went through alot of grief and stupin phone calls . I am now where i started (1meg)after being promised a upgrade. 8 meg is njust not possible.
