Okay so we got our livebox about 3 weeks ago rang them after the usual 10 day wait and they said there was a error so we had to wait another week so we rang back a week later and they said it had been activated and should be working within 12 hours..
24 hours later and nothing! we can connect to the livebox but not to the internet it says that the ppp server is down, and i dont know what else to do i have tried everything..
Orange broadband is very stressful and we regret having it right now.
Ok you wont like this but I have the same problem with my livebox, the only way I can make it work is to install an old speedtouch 330 adsl modem and let it initialise the line and then uninstall it and plug everything back into the livebox. Talking to Orange only winds me up now (I'm sick of hearing "whats the light doing on the @ sign on the box? and how is your box set up?") all I need is a new livebox as it wont initialise the line everytime I loose my connection. They have to this weekend!. Sorry RANT over you might want to try this though
