Orange broadband is an absolute disgrace, i have had no broadband for the past 9 days except for a few hours on monday and on sunday last week.
After ringing Orange every day since i am still no better off, i have now asked for a MAC code to join another company which is now going to take another 5 days.
The call centre in bombay are no help at all, all they say is they are waiting for an update and call back in 24 hours. I even asked to speak to a manager yesterday and was told it was too late in India and they had all gone home !! It was 2pm UK time !!
I tried to demand my MAC number over the phone but they are were not interested, 5 days. I find the whole episode disgusting and im even changing my mobile provider now aswell.
