I'm currently with Orange Broadband who, to be honest, are providing me with a pretty lousy service. One minute everything works fine and the next it doesn't. Sometimes I can go over a week with the 'PPP Server Down' issue. Each time this error is reported it eventually turns out to be a problem at my local exchange. My question is would there still be this problem at the exchange if I were to go somewhere else, ie Tiscali? Also can I just sign up somewhere without telling Orange, (I'm currently getting free Broadband, as my mobile phone contract is with them?) Reason for asking is I dont want to have to go without any service at all if I can help it
You will have to give Orange 30 days notice of cancellation and the Marker on your line will have to be removed by Orange so you are fee to go elsewhere.
