My Orange connection has gone from being fairly relaible with small outages 1 a month to not working for 4 weeks pretty much, with no support and a call centre contact amdittingit was a known problem
I want to get out now and have a reliable connection - I was thinking of BT but Orange are presenting the question of LLU MAC codes not being accepted - is this ture and does anyone know all the providers tha t do accept ~LLU MAC codes
I work in Orange Dept that deals with MAC codes......if you were told they don't accept LLU MAC codes before 8th March this is true. HOWEVER, they have just started to accept LLU IN SOME AREAS - so it is a bit hit and miss. My advice would be to contact BT themselves to find out for sure.

Thank you someofuscare - some of the people I have spoken to clear do care and some have been excellent - a shame the service isn't relaible enough and the call centre in India has terrible line quality that makes it frustrating.
